The Wylie Inn is a 91-room seaside hotel at 295 Hale Street in Beverly, Massachusetts, on the Endicott College campus. It sits on 10 oceanfront acres on Boston’s North Shore, 23 miles from Boston and 20 miles from Logan International Airport.

Tupper Manor hosts formal weddings, casual clambakes and barbecues, showers, galas, milestone celebrations, and bar and bat mitzvahs.
Tupper Manor seats up to 190 guests for a dinner, and its glass-enclosed Conservatory seats 150. For a casual outdoor event, the grounds hold up to 1,000 guests.

The Library and the Oval Room work well for bars and dessert, and the mansion also has a billiards room and a hospitality suite.

Tupper Manor is a Georgian waterfront mansion built in 1901 as the summer home of Bryce James Allan and his wife, Anna Palfrey, of the Allan Line shipping company. Boston architect Guy Lowell, who designed the Museum of Fine Arts, drew the plans. Endicott College acquired the estate in 1943 and named it Tupper Hall, after the college’s second president, Dr. Eleanor Tupper.
