The party keeps on going for this fun event. It starts on July 28 and spans 10 days, ending on August 6.
There’s so much going on during Homecoming, it might be hard to choose which events to try. Here are some of the most notable happenings to make it easier.
On Friday, July 28, visit David S. Lynch Park to see Top Opera Brilliant Broadway, a concert featuring local talent and opera choruses/solos.
On Saturday, July 29, downtown Beverly will host The Block, a street party with live music, food, and beer and wine. Suggested donation is $5.
Sunday, July 30 will be packed with things to do. Just a few include the BevFit Fest with free fitness classes and activities, Lobster Boat Races, the Beverly-Salem Legion Baseball Double Header, a Homecoming concert in the park with UC5, and a free outdoor movie.
The rest of the week, don’t miss the Ice Cream Social, Lobster Fest, the Beverly Yankee Kids Fun Run, Kids Carnival, African and Latin dance lessons, and more.
Top off the whole shebang on Sunday, August 6 with concerts, the Homecoming Fireworks Boat Cruise, and fireworks show at dusk.
