For those who like to run, try the Devils Chase 6.66-mile run. The race has been named one of the top costume runs in the world, with nearly every participant dressing up in a costume. The Devils Chase attracts more than 1,000 Devils and takes runners along a scenic route featuring well-known Salem landmarks including the Salem Common, Salem Witch Museum, a Real Haunted House, and the House of Seven Gables. There’s also a Creepy Clown 3.33-mile run for those interested in a more traditional 5K race.

There will be plenty of fun activities and events for adults, too. Some highlights include Halloween Karaoke, Wicked Bloody Mary Sundays and Broomstick Beer Flight Thursdays, where you can pair some of your favorite candies with the tasty local craft beers on tap. The Salem Horror Fest, which features screenings of the best horror films ever created, is another must-attend event if you like a good scare!
